A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings.
Full payment is required 7 days prior to all events.
If your event is cancelled more than 7 days prior to your service, Absolute Megatainment will offer a credit of the full payed amount for future use. Alternatively, Absolute Megatainment will offer a refund of the payed amount, less the non-refundable deposit.
If your event is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your service commencing, Absolute Megatainment may offer a credit of the full payed amount for future use, subject to availability. Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer any form of refund as we are unable to rehire the equipment at such short notice, staff have already been booked for your event & sub-contractors, if required, have already been payed.
In the unfortunate event that wet/severe weather is predicted on the day of your service, Absolute Megatainment reserves the right to cancel your service at any time if the weather will negatively impact the safety of our customers, staff or equipment.
The final decision regarding weather will take place at 5am on the day of your service.
If your service is cancelled due to weather prior to this time, Absolute Megatainment will offer a full credit for your service to be transferred to another date.
If your service is cancelled after 5am on the day of the hire (i.e. while operating) - No refund or credit is applicable - Staff must still be paid, our travel costs still apply & any sub-contractors, if required, have already been payed.
