We hold a current Products & Public Liability Insurance policy to the value of $20 Million specifically for the management of large-scale public events. Under our policy, the land holder is not required to hold any other type of insurance. Our insurance covers everything.
All subcontractors & vendors must hold a current Public Liability Insurance policy.
Event Ticket Sales
Our completely custom built, brand new ticket box features a eye-catching signage design that wraps the entire ticket box, a flip-top roof RGB LED "TICKETS" signboard & a custom designed RGB LED lighting system. The double serving window design allows for two separate queues with both cash & EFTPOS accepted at both windows & cash-out available.
Everything inside & surrounding the ticket box on all sides is closely monitored by CCTV.
Online Pre-Sales
We have the ability to setup a dedicated custom URL that links guests to your events personalised presales booking website. Customers can then read all about the event before choosing to purchase from a range of different ticket options catered to your event.
This platform provides real time updates & is very user friendly.
Tickets are emailed directly to the customer. At the event, guests just need to display the QR code on their phone screen or printed ticket at the ticket box.
